For sale is a gently used 3 piece living room set that includes (1)sofa, (1) love seat, and (1)chair. The items are in excellent condition and come from a smoke free home. Other then normal wear and tear, there are no major scratches/spots of any kind on any of the items. All three items were purchased in 2009 from Rooms to Go for around $3,500
